Advantages Of Digital Printing
The traditional label printing uses a process called flexo. There are many great advantages of flexo printing, however, with the changes in demand of the market, there are some limitation that digital printing overcomes. Here are some of the advantages.
Excellent Registration
Our digital full color digital printing has excellent registration that throughout the print. White letters show clearly, and small letters come out crisp.
No Gradient Dropoff
Higher resolution leads to a development in gradation. Digital labels have no problem fading out to white or fading into other colors and do not have issues with slight variance of very light colors.
Short Runs Multiple Items
Prepress work has now been simplified, and there are no longer film and plates to make. This allows for us to easily cut down on time it takes to go to print as well as the time it takes to switch between jobs. This makes it perfect for printing for products that have variance on them. Digital printing also allows for us to make short runs for the many different items you have a need to print.
